    A bit different but comfortable and a pleasant stay.

    Exceptionally clean, well equipped, comfortable, nothing really to dislike about the actual property and facilities. Parking onsite was very good. Interesting garden with fish pond and very large fish, Koi carp?

    Unfortunately our stay coincided with the heat wave and the property was very warm inside, there was a fan supplied and although the fan itself helped, the stand (which was part of the fan) was a bit unstable, moved with the fan and became a little noisy. The weather is nobody's fault and the fan was obviously supplied with good intention. Should not put anyone off staying here as only a minor problem.

    Lovely stay in a convenient location, as we had appointments in the surrounding area.

    The accommodation had everything you could possibly need. Very Clean. Nice decor. Lovely garden. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again if we need to be in the area. Well done hosts!!!! Thanks for a lovely stay.

    Perfect location

    Fabulous size, with everything you needed and more. Easy to check in and out, great communication. Great location to get to the beach and sandringham estate
