    Very good

    The stay was very beautiful but it’s little far from Bangla walking street every time when we book a cab it would charge us 200 to 250 bhat but overall had a great stay

    Disappointing

    Khun Yaya was great, and catered to our needs where requested. The breakfasts she prepared with her colleagues were amazing. When requested to vacuum the place due to some dust, she did it very promptly. The place was alright, with a decent location as it is near patong beach

    We weren't met at the place when we arrived, eventhough we shared our flight details early on. This may have been a miscommunication between the host (who i was in contact with) and Khun Yaya (who was taking care of us) as she mentioned she had waited quite a long time in the morning for us, before needing to leave to cater to other guests at a different villa in a different location when we arrived. It took us quite a bit of time to figure out which villa we were supposed to enter. The place was quite dusty when we arrived, especially the loft on the highest floor. Khun Yaya helped vacuum the place promptly after being notified. The public swimming pool which was promised and highlighted in the listing was under "renovation" but it just looked as if it were broken down and dirty, much to our dismay. There was a small pool for use, but we were given the impression it was private and part of our villa from the listing, but in actuality it was in a different place and not convenient for us to use so we ended up not using a pool at all, eventhough we factored a pool into our decision making.

    Cosy & spacious stay for large group

    Good location, clean rooms, attentive staff with good communication.

    Don’t recommend if not ok with bugs.
