    Ottima soluzione per due!

    Posizione eccellente, permette di girare tutto a piedi. Ottima comunicazione con la host, stanza essenziale ma con tutto il necessario.

    Un po’ carente di pulizia. Palazzo privo di luce nelle scale.

    It was perfect, right by the centre but very quiet.

    There is a school opposite, so it does get louder around 7:30-8 in term time, but it's not too bad

    The location is great in a cozy neighborhood with cafes and restaurants a short walk away. The host was friendly and let us check in early, which was great.

    The towels and bed linen were clean, but there was a lot (!) of black mold in the shower. The shower curtain was also very discoloured. This caused us to shower there as little as possible. There was a lot of dust in the less used spaces. We had to open all the windows in the evening to get rid of the smell (cat or sewer or whatever). For this price, I don't think this is acceptable.

    Lenzuola assenti, asciugamani pochi e sporchi, host scortese

    Il letto non era pronto e le lenzuola piegate sopra di esso erano due coprimaterassi per due letti singoli che abbiamo messo in assenza di alternativa. Siamo comunque rimasti senza la possibilità di coprirci la notte. Ha fornito solo un asciugamano da doccia a testa e non quelli da viso o intimi, ed erano anche sporchi. Uscendo dalla camera ho fatto presente alla host di questi problemi e si è rivelata essere estremamente scortese e chiedeva foto di tutto, che non potevo fornire perchè sono andato a lubjana per visitarla, non per fare un'inchiesta. Anzichè almeno mandare qualcuno a verificare, si è semplicemente limitata a dire che le signore della pulizia si ricordavano che era tutto a posto, quando palesemente non era così. Ho anche rinunciato a chiedere alcun tipo di rimborso pur di sentire delle scuse da parte della host o che rimediasse in qualche modo all'accaduto, ma niente. Uno schifo mai visto
