    Sehr gut gelegene und zweckmässige Wohnung in einem kleinen Chalet.

    Super Lage, Parkhaus gleich nebenan, Supermarkt 7 Tage offen gleich nebenan, Arosa Holiday Office 7 Tage offen gleich nebenan, Hörnli-Express mit Bike-Trail gleich in der Nähe. Der Parkplatz vor dem Haus ist für zwei Wagen schon sehr eng. Deshalb habe ich das Parkhaus gleich nebenan vorgezogen. Dort sind die Parkplätze grosszügig, man kann das Strom-Auto aufladen und es kostet für 5 Tage nur CHF 30.- (Im August). Der kleine Balkon vor dem Eingang ist gegen Süden ausgerichtet und besonnt bis ca. 18.30 Uhr (im August). Das Mobiliar verdient keinen Designer-Preis, ist jedoch zweckmässig, bequem und gemütlich. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet.

    Wie erwähnt, sind die beiden Parkplätze vor dem Haus sehr eng. Eher für einen einzelnen Wagen geeignet. Aber das Parkhaus gleich nebenan ist günstig und hat genügend Platz, auch Ladestationen für Elektro-Autos. Leider hat es neben dem Chalet auf der anderen Strassenseite eine Grossbaustelle, die wohl noch einige Zeit bestehen wird. Ist nicht sehr störend, da ich nur abends und am Vormittag im Chalet war, aber es sieht halt nicht so schön aus.

    Top Lage und Preis/Leistung mit Abstrichen bei der Ausstattung der Wohnung.

    Die Lage ist ideal. Direkt an der Skipiste und der Skischule.

    Die Dusche und die Küche sind sehr eng für stattliche Personen. Kein Geschirrspüler.

    Great for a couple

    The apartment had everything one could need for a 2 week stay, overall we had a lovely holiday. Communication with managing agent was excellent.

    Apartment was cosy, and the bathroom was very compact. Also I was very disappointed to discover that my small balcony had to be shared with a neighbour and their dog! thank God it wasn't for the whole duration of our holiday, just 5 days!
