Please note that the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name and credit card must be presented to the property upon check-in. Please note that all guests, including children, need to provide a valid Identification Papers/ Passport and Birth Certificate (for children) of each passenger in the group at check-in. Food and beverages are not allowed from outside to the resort. The resort is not responsible for food safety or hygiene issues when guests consume food from outside.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
