    Disappointing

    Nothing really, we were glad to stay out as long as we could.

    Property difficult to find in dark as had to slow right down to turn in off a 60 mph bypass and nothing well lit. BASIC, does not cover it all. The furniture looked as if it was from a charity store, not one ornament. Dust and cobwebs in every room, needed decorating everwhere, very dark and depressing. My friend had to swap beds as hers creaked so much,bedding cheap and basic, stains on well worn carpets. Signs on bedroom doors to be gentle with the blinds on Velux windows which looked as though would fall down if touched. Only mirror in bathroom was above our heads, mould on shower ceiling, water scalding. Towels old and thin and small. No toiletries provided other than soap dispenser and one hand towel for everyone. On arrival found the toilet could not be flushed, mechanism broken, when Sean came after half an hour, he said the toilets in all the accomodations played up like this and did botched job. This was after he told us the toilet downstairs did not work and door was blocked off. We had booked especially for this feature as my friend has trouble climbing stairs and found it very inconvenient. The kitchen, basic mismatched crockery and utensils but sink and worktops clean enough, we did not use any cooking items at all. One head height mirror in one bedroom but no electric socket near to use for hairdryer. We thought the property was overpriced for the amenities and condition and noticed it was male contractors who seemed to use it most. We would not recommend this property to families especially young children.

    Overnight stop

    Very spacious, clean, comfortable beds. Well equipped. We were visiting friends and attending a christening. So perfect for us.

    The Wifi password would have helped. I was fine, but my daughter could have benefited. Other than that perfect.
