  I was not happy with the musty odour that made me breathless & I found it difficult to sleep at night.

  Location fantastic. Very close to most attractions. Staff very helpful especially Steven. Our Bathroom was excellent. Steven gave us a few options when our room had a strong musty /smoky smell which felt very uncomfortable. There seemed to be no ventilation at all in that room.

  Musty /Smoky odour in quite a few rooms - we were given the option to change rooms. The ones on the 2nd floor connected to the atrium are the better rooms as there is better ventilation. The other rooms seem closed off & very stuffy with an old musty smell.

  お値段を考えると広々していて長期滞在向き

  王府井へのアクセスが良かったこと。他の旅行者も多かったので治安心配なし。 他に比べて格安で広い部屋が予約できたこと

  ブッキングドットコムにある最寄駅の漢字が間違っている。 部屋の洗面所の水栓があがらず、水が詰まってしまうので使わなかった バルコニーがないのに高層階なので少し怖い？ 朝ごはんはあまり美味しくなかった。

  Great location.

  The location is great. Loads of food options around. Reception Lobby is big & is 24-hours. Check-in was smooth even though we arrived after midnight.

  Had to walk quite a fair bit & up the flights of stairs through the building to get to our room. The room was clean, mattress abit hard but okay for us. We had some good nights’ sleep. What we didn’t like was the strong pungent sewage smell coming out from I don’t know where especially after we returned to the room at the end of the day. Only after we inserted our room card, did the ventilation seem to reduce the smell. We put up with it coz we were usually only back to the room at the end of the day & we managed it with the room spray we had with us. Shower water flow was abit weak. I think that the rooms at 26xx level should really be looked into. I’m not sure if our next door neighbours are affected too or only just our room.

  Booked a family room. Got to our room to find out they hadn't set up the additional beds. Had to wait 2 hours for housekeeping to do it. Also got told at check in breakfast was included only to find out our first morning when we got to breakfast that it wasn't and had to pay.
