    Bad treatment

    I would like to complaint regarding the unacceptable treatment I received during my booking process. Before sending my IC copy and deposit, I politely requested to check in to the room first as a consideration. My family and I had travelled all the way from Johor Bahru, and I my family member needed access to restroom facilities first after the long journey. Instead of handling my request professionally, your representative immediately refused and made inappropriate remarks, stating that there were many "wanted people" who behaved similarly. Although I was disappointed, I accepted the response and requested to cancel the booking and obtain a refund. I was then informed that a refund was not possible, and I still remained cooperative. Subsequently, I proceeded to provide all the requested documents and information. However, I then received a phone call questioning why I was not cooperating. During the conversation, I was shockingly asked whether I was a drug addict or drug dealer. I repeatedly informed him to check our WhatsApp conversation, where he would clearly see that I had already submitted everything requested. The situation escalated further when he threatened to call the police. I responded that he was free to do so, as I had done nothing wrong. Shortly afterwards, after reviewing the WhatsApp messages and realising that I had indeed submitted all the required documents, he apologised. While I acknowledge the apology, I find the entire incident unacceptable. No customer should be subjected to false accusations, threats, and disrespectful treatment. Being asked whether I was involved in drugs and being threatened with police action without any basis was highly offensive and distressing. I believe customers should be treated customers should be treated with respect and professionalism, particularly when they are making reasonable requests due to genuine circumstances
