    Great location! Comfortable and cosy.

    What a lovely cosy place to stay. Ideally located for our visit to Blenheim palace which was only a short walk away. Perfect for a short stay. Very comfortable bed. Spacious room. Lovely toiletries provided. Everything we needed in the kitchen area. All with convenient off street parking.

    Sadly the WiFi didn't work which impacted our ability to catch up on the Traitors! Also meant having to use mobile data. Not a major issue but a little inconvenient. Maybe adding a booster would be helpful.

    Loved the location and the room! Easy access to the annex—quiet, peaceful spot. The co-op was within walking distance, as were the Blenheim Palace grounds. The shower was lovely. Everything was clean and comfortable! Thank you, Emma, for a lovely stay

    Freezer space would have been amazing

    Almost perfect.

    This is the 2nd time we stayed here and it didn’t disappoint. Very comfortable and quiet location, great having off road parking. So easy getting in and out. Everything you could need. Super comfortable bed.

    This is just purely a suggestion, perhaps a mat on the floor downstairs because it’s very unforgiving on bare feet. Unfortunately unable to watch TV as weak signal caused pixelating on every channel but could have been down to awful weather.
