    We were very happy.

    Can’t stay much closer to Dollywood. Perfect option for families with teenagers bringing friends.

    It is stacked so you may hear neighbors if noisy.

    nunca reserven en este lugar, es un fraude

    nunca nos enviaron el código de ingreso a la propiedad. Enviamos emails, mensajes de texto y llamamos por teléfono y nadie respondió de la Administración de la propiedad. Llegamos a la propiedad a la noche con mi familia (4 hijos) y nadie respondió, no pudimos ingresar a la propiedad y aun hoy, 2 semanas despues no nos han hecho el reembolso de lo pagado. Sin dudas se trata de un fraude. Y tampoco estamos recibiendo respuesta positova que resuelva el problema de parte de Booking.

    Fantastic location. Plenty of room for 9 people.

    No kitchen towels. Coffee pot too small. Dryer took forever to dry a laundry load.

    It was a convenient location, pet friendly, and family friendly.

    The hot tub didn’t heat up and the dryer didn’t work.
