    Tidy place

    Really nice place tucked away in Peebles. The kitchen was adequately equipped for self-catering, and there are plenty of shops within walking distance. Property was very clean.

    Peebles is a great place

    The location is a stroll away from the centre . Lovely secluded garden . Where you can watch the birds feed .clean very well equipped house . Literally home from home Parking outside the house too .

    The bed could be a bit bigger but all ok .

    We've stayed here several times now as it's a super wee bungalow. Very comfortable, well equipped, good off street parking and a lovely courtyard garden at the rear. Location is quiet and it's in an ideal spot within easy walking distance of the town centre. As former locals we come to visit friends and family.
