Perfect location very comfortable although some bits were on the tatty side
The garden was terrible the grass was too overgrown to allow the dogs to use and couldn't even sit at the garden table and chairs it was unfortunate as one of the reasons we booked there was the garden for dogs Also a bit cross that the washing machine was broken told after we arrived

Lovely property in beautiful location.
Has everything we needed, very well presented, clean and comfortable. Perfect location with spectacular views over Looe from the front and a lovely meadow and access to the coastal footpath at the rear. We have stayed in many holiday rentals and this is probably our favourite.
