    AVOID - it's not worth it, find literally anywhere else to stay

    It was near Lancaster station, which was helpful because we were coming in for a short trip to go to my partner's graduation.

    The house was unclean, the toilet didn't refill after flushing, there was a big wet stain on the upstairs landing and in the kitchen. There's a strong smell of damp in the house. Seems like grotty student accommodation repurposed as holiday let, but it's not in good enough condition for that. It was also expensive. It also doesn't match the photos. The fittings have been changed, and the house is generally in poorer condition than the suggest. When trying to get in touch with the host, no one picked up the phone. Eventually got through by messaging, but there were long delays, and he insisted I send photos of the problems before attending to fix them, then he didn't come until the following day. I upgraded to 2/10 only because he did attend, albeit when we were out, so I have no idea exactly what was done.

    Great for a short stay near the centre of town, in a quiet location

    Excellent location with easy parking and just a short walk to the city centre.

    There's isn't a TV, only Netflix. It's a basic 3-bed terraced house with a tight staircase. No kettle, but there is a water heater for making drinks etc.
