    Quiet cosy comfort in peaceful village

    Good location, quiet village but not far from A47, which was convenient for exploring Horsey Wind pump, the seals at Sea Palling, and relations in Brundall and Wroxham. Very comfortable bed, lovely views of garden and horses! Super bathrooms!

    The fridge seemed to freeze some of our contents, might need to adjust the setting. Instructions for turning the heating on would be useful too, but we managed to do it eventually.

    It was charming clean & comfortable in a beautiful setting. The 2 bathrooms & a king bed which are our must haves didn’t disappoint.

    We were happy with everything so no complaints.

    Excellent property in a fine location.

    We have stayed here previously. We thought highly of it so we returned.

    Couldn't access all terrestrial TV channels, but that is a small dislike.
