Once a reservation is confirmed, Payment is collected 13 day prior to your arrival (accommodations fee and cleaning fee included). You can cancel for free up to 14 days prior to arrival. The lead guest must complete the online check-in form, agree to our Terms & Conditions, and upload at least 1 ID before check-in. Failure to do so may result in cancelation of the reservation. Forms must be filled at least 24 hours prior to the check in date. For stays over 10 days, you are expected to have interim cleans/linen change (frequency to be agreed depending on length of stay) for an extra fee. A damage deposit of £350 is required. The property charges this 2 days before check-out. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 working days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. This property will not accommodate hen, stag, or similar parties event.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

Lovely stay
Lovely accommodation with everything you could need.
The location was a little further from town than we had hoped but on a nice sunny day the walk would be nice.

Great location but a 13 minute walk to the parking.
Great location, clean, spacious, comfortable. Host company quick to respond to questions.
There is a step just inside which is hard to see when carrying luggage and it is not signposted. One of our group tripped over it on arrival, had a nasty fall and spent the holiday on painkillers. This needs to be addressed asap. Parking is a 13 minute walk away so it depends on your interpretation of a ‘short’ walk. It’s definitely not just around the corner like the Co-op also described as being a short walk. It’s not until a day or two before that you find out how far away the parking is and it feels a bit misleading to headline this property as a house with parking. It should say house with a parking space elsewhere. There is a large bathroom upstairs but it doesn’t have a shower so all 6 of us had to queue for the small shower room downstairs. It would be so much easier with a second shower.
