Lovely place to stay for the weekend
The location was great. The accommodation was a good size. It was good to have fresh coffee. Beds were comfortable. Lots of hot water for showers. The owners were quick to respond to our questions.
Mostly it was really good. The toilet seat was cracked at the front and loose. The carpet was clean but stained. The WiFi code was hard to see when the kitchen door was open.

Lovely and peaceful ideal base for christchurch. Hosts answered all our questions promptly and let us check in early which was a real help,as we left home at 6am to travel down.
Nothing really. just A little more info left in the lodge would have been nice WiFi code etc, didn't really bother us too much as we were out and about. Place was clean but carpets could do with a shampoo

Comfortable and unique location in Christchurch.
Great setting and very easy to walk into Christchurch.
Being a static caravan it was very hot in the heatwave we have been having in the UK, so some fans in the property would have been great - but the hosts aren’t responsible for the weather!

Excellent position, staff amazing but the broken chair, boiler, fridge handle etc etc left a lot to be desired!
The location was excellent and the site was very peaceful. Staff were excellent
From the moment we arrived, we noticed several broken items, including a chair and the coffee table. To make matters worse, the boiler broke down, leaving us without hot water for a day and a half. While staff explained that ours was the last lodge slated for renovation and this wasn't normal, it begs the question: why rent it out in this condition? That being said, the staff truly did everything they could to help, and we loved our overall stay—we just didn't love the lodge itself.

Lovely location as very central.
Location was great in a peaceful area
Didn’t expect a mobile home type of property. The 2 kitchen bins were not emptied from last visitors so one was over flowing, so we didn’t use the bins only a bag. The oven wasn’t cleaned either so a little greasy in the shelves and tray.
