A lovely little development, right by the water and walkable into Christchurch for restaurants and pubs. Easy check in,
Peaceful, well equipped, short distance to town for food, bars and shops. The host communication with Dan was immediate, which was perfect as although we had issues that our chalet was not ready when we arrived, it was quickly and efficiently sorted. The soaps, washing up liquid, croissants, and tea and coffee was such a lovely touch and very much appreciated along with the prosecco 😍.
No bad things to say other than wished we could have stayed longer and that we could have grabbed some paddle boards!

Peaceful accommodation near to river and all Christchurch has to offer.
Extremely peaceful, clean and comfortable accommodation with free onsite parking. Beautifully decorated and furnished. Excellent location on the river, but also close to all Christchurch has to offer. Dan was very welcoming and even checked in on us during the heatwave to see we were ok and see if they could help in any way. There were two tower fans already provided, which were perfect with these temperatures. The lodge has a well equipped kitchen and large fridge. The welcome basket was much appreciated as was the supply of kitchen and bathroom essentials. Beds extremely comfortable. Great quality towels and bedding. Nice to have a small patio to sit out on. Comfy furniture and sun umbrella provided. Lovely to walk across to the waters edge and watch the boats go by.

Space and facilities in chalet were good. View of water
Hamper, tea and coffee was a nice touch, but Oat milk sachets were not useful. Milk we did take we lost as fridge wasn't on! A rubbish bin in kitchen would be useful.
