Exceptional
The house is exceptional. It can comfortably accommodate a family or a larger group, with three full-size bedrooms and additional sleeping space on the ground floor and in the basement. It is extremely well equipped and has everything you need. The centralized air conditioning, ceiling fans, kitchen, and laundry facilities were especially appreciated. Although the house is narrow, the space is impressive — five levels (!) and three full-size bathrooms make it very comfortable. The rooftop views are a great bonus. There is little more to add beyond what has already been mentioned in the many excellent reviews. Nadia is wonderful: helpful, responsive, accommodating, professional, and easy to communicate with. Check-in and checkout were seamless. She provides many rules and instructions, but they are practical and clearly help keep the property in excellent condition. A few tips for visitors: try to arrive before 4 PM, as parking becomes more difficult afterward. The cross street is usually the best option. After 10 AM the next day, you can often find a spot closer to the property. Keep your right wheels on the walkway and leave as much space as possible for passing vehicles, as the streets are narrow. The location is very well connected by public transportation. Buses nearby (especially routes 7 and 17) make it easy to reach the convention center, museums, and other parts of the city. They are clean, air-conditioned, and affordable. I would recommend parking your car and using public transit instead. The neighborhood has the typical characteristics of a major American city - not the cleanest or safest area, but being so close to the center is a worthwhile trade-off. Overall: 9.99/10. Thanks a lot to the host. We enjoyed our stay!
The single-ply semi-transparent toilet paper was the only amusing detail. Everything else about the stay was exceptional! Can't imagine it being better. The longer you stay - the more you appreciate it.

Other than that, the group’s stay was good.
Master’s bathroom locked and were able to access on the 3rd day only. Shower door was jammed and impossible to use for showering, Only the toilet alone for the whole 5 days stay.
