Spotless and clean. Comfy beds with everything you could possibly need for a great stay. Would definitely return.
Nothing.

Lovely cottage, well-kept , clean and with everything needed ! Listed as a 2 bedroom property, , but the second reception room, which doubles up as the 3rd 3droom, was just as nice as the other bedrooms and the sofa bed was just like a double bed, but somewhat firmer! Nice country-style kitchen, comfy bedrooms and the lounge had a TV with Netflix etc! The team looking after the property were helpful as they answered emails promptly.
Nothing major but ... 1. Parking was a bit of an issue, but we could mostly park less than a 1 minute walk away!! Once we parked in the public car park on the other side of the main road a few minutes walk away!. Be careful where you park on a Wednesday morning when the bin lorry is driving through the lane! . 2. The main road nearby is very busy and the vehicles start driving past from about 6am in the morning, so it's noisy if you have the windows open! 3. The showers did seem to get very hot after a short time and didn't seem to adjust,, so not sure if it was our fault, but did happen with everyone! 4. We did get a message when we had booked saying that we couldn't put toilet paper down the macerator toilet!! But we soon found out through emailing the team that this was only the ensuite toilet and that it could take toilet paper anyway!!

Really cute cottage! The building itself is historical and the vibe inside made the stay really enjoyable! Even the squeaky floor reminded me of the childhood with grandmother :)
Have zero complaints!

A cosy Derbyshire cottage full of rustic character.
The cottage was immaculately clean, really comfortable and very well equipped with everything we needed. It’s in a great central location and has a lovely, cosy feel. There’s a little brook nearby which we could hear from the bedroom, which was lovely. Oh and the shower was great, really powerful!
There really wasn’t much we didn’t like. The cottage is near a busy road, and as the weather was very hot we needed the windows open, so there was quite a bit of road noise.
