Loved it, didnt want to leave, of course.
Everything was lovely, the bikes available for a bit of fun, location away from the noise across the river was perfect, breakfast was good, view from our balcony was beautiful, our room and outdoor area was lovely, staff were lovely.
What wasn't nice was the price of the food, it was ridiculously overpriced, especially when there are no other options to buy food. Could do with more furniture (chairs and table) on the balcony so we could eat a meal outside and not in the room. Coffee was made with long life milk, I complained as I could not drink it and yet I was still charged for it. It's safe to say, most coffee drinkers do not like their coffee made on long life milk. Please teach your staff the difference between 'fresh' and 'long life' milk.

Beautiful Resort.
The room was large, as was the covered deck and private picnic area. The staff were friendly and helpful. There were activities available and spaces for families to be together. The resort cats were so cute. A bit pushy asking for food but it was fun to watch the kittens play. The food was ok and a good price.
The loud level of noise from.the water park over the river. The resort do warn there is noise but I wasn't expecting loud thump thump music all day or jet skis roaring up and down the river. I had to use my headphones to block it out.

This is such a lovely place for couples who want to relax and enjoy some quiet time together. The atmosphere is peaceful
