    Great location and truly convenient! The check-in and check-out process was very easy. The host was also very responsive and easy to contact. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I would happily stay here again.

    CLARIFY THAT SEVERAL STATEMENTS MADE BY THE PROPERTY ARE MISLEADING AND DO NOT ACCURATE !!!!

    I made this reservation through Booking.com as a guest and never cancelled it. I was ready and willing to stay, but the property refused to accommodate my reservation and repeatedly asked me to cancel it myself. I did not agree to cancel. Their claim that I was pretending to be a different person is also misleading. I contacted the property because I had an active reservation and needed confirmation of my check-in arrangements. Their response was extremely slow, which resulted in me making several attempts to contact them. This should not simply be described as “spamming” or harassment. Furthermore, after I discovered that my reservation had been marked as a “no-show”, I contacted the property to ask why, as I had never cancelled the reservation and was ready to stay. Instead of explaining or resolving the issue, they subsequently BLOCKED ME ON WHATSAPP. If the property had a prior agreement not to accept my bookings, they should have handled the matter properly through Booking.com instead of refusing my reservation and later marking it as a “NO-SHOW.” As for the police report, I can also make my own report if necessary regarding this matter. I have also seen a recent review dated 2 September 2026 from another guest who explicitly wrote “Scam room!” regarding this property. I believe Booking.com should properly investigate such complaints rather than simply accepting the property’s allegations against me. I was not a NO-SHOW. I was ready to stay, but the property refused to accommodate me. I therefore request that Booking.com review the complete communication history and reservation records and correct the inaccurate “NO-SHOW” status based on the actual evidence.
