  Geräumige Wohnung, zwei Badezimmer, Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer.

  Wohnung bzw. Kästen teilweise verstaubt. Badezimmer nicht ganz durchdacht - Haken fehlen teilweise.

  Great location and spacious, but hygiene and maintenance issues

  Very spacious for two people, and having two bathrooms was a huge plus Excellent location, effective air conditioning, a large refrigerator, and convenient laundry facilities.

  Although the host pointed out that the dishwasher is not listed in the booking amenities, it is physically in the kitchen (and in photos), so we naturally assumed it worked. In reality, it is not plugged in (no outlet nearby) and stinks terribly inside. Additionally, kitchen supplies were sparse (only 3 glasses), cutlery was dirty, pots were stored wet with rust, and the kettle was unappetizing. Beds had no mattress protectors, and it was filthy under the beds. Cleaning up sand was impossible because there was no vacuum or mop—only a small dustpan and a broom that constantly fell apart. We found cockroaches in the hallway and one on the last day the bathroom. There was also a constant foul smell coming from the bathroom drains. Bathrooms are extremely dark (doing makeup was only possible in the living room). The sink drain clogs immediately, and the toilet flush is too weak for a full cycle. Wall sockets are loose and cabinet handles are not properly screwed in.
