    Fabulous property in an amazing location

    The property is in a perfect location for exploring old town, close to local shops, and also benefits from the most amazing views. Everything has been thought of, and there was nothing we could fault. The facilities were fabulous, and the washer dryer was useful for travelling light. Josip was excellent at communicating with us, providing information about the local area and on hand for anything we might need. The luggage boxes are also excellent, allowing us to fully enjoy our final day without dragging the cases round. We can’t recommend this place enough and would definitely return.

    Would definitely recommend

    Cannot say enough good things about this place, we are from Colorado and were a little worried about renting online in another country, this place was great. Location was excellent, clean, modern, great balcony and view, easy walk to Old Town, host was available and responsive.

    The location, views, size, cleanliness and facilities were incredible .

    Only one small thing was the door stop in the bathroom .. banged my toe a few times due to carelessness 🤪

    Modern apartment with a stunning view

    The photos do not do justice to this property - the sea view from the balcony is stunning! We stayed here four nights - this is a great unit for a couple. (There are 3 units, each has a slightly different layout, all with the same beautiful view; we were in Apt 1). The entire building was recently remodeled - everything (windows, doors, floors, bathroom, kitchen, etc.) is new. Comfortable bed, nice hot shower, lots of closet shelves so you don't have to live out of a suitcase, new washer/dryer, and very fully stocked kitchen made this a terrific stay for us. The location is ideal - about a 10-minute walk to the old town. No car needed - the #8 bus takes you from the Gruz ferry port right to the apartment, and the Platanus bus to the airport is a 10-minute walk away (at the Cable Car Station; other buses run from there as well). The host, Josip, will arrange taxi service as well if you prefer. Josip is not on site, but he was super responsive, and sent us all the info we needed before we thought to ask for it. His detailed instructions to the unit made it easy to find, and his restaurant recommendations were spot on! As noted in the listing, there are many stairs to climb from the old town via a direct staircase, or fewer (but still a steep climb) via the road, but every step is worth it for the view! Would absolutely stay again and recommend to others.
