  Descanso en Oia

  La ubicación es inmejorable y el personal es atento. La cama es muy cómoda y las vistas desde cualquier zona del hotel son preciosas hacia la caldera. Al estar en zona baja, estás totalmente alejado del estrés de la calle principal.

  Al tener el cubo hidromasaje interior en el baño de la habitación, cuando nos íbamos y volvíamos se acumulaba mucha humedad. También se echaba en falta más zona de almacenaje como armarios o cajones.

  Nossa experiência foi maravilhosa! A Jola e toda a equipe são incríveis: muito atenciosos, simpáticos, sempre sorridentes e dispostos a ajudar. A localização é excelente. Dá para fazer praticamente tudo a pé por Oia, e a acomodação fica muito perto do ponto de ônibus público para Fira, o que facilita bastante os deslocamentos pela ilha. O café da manhã é delicioso e, com a vista deslumbrante para a Caldeira, tudo fica ainda mais especial. É realmente uma hospedagem incrível, que tornou nossa experiência em Santorini ainda mais inesquecível. Recomendo muito! 🤍

  I booked this hotel specifically because of the swimming pool overlooking the caldera, and it was more expensive than any other hotel in the area for that reason. When I arrived, I found the pool sealed with cement, which wasn't mentioned in the booking. I demand compensation for this error. And Dear [Hotel Management], I would like to begin by saying that the hotel itself is lovely, and I had a good impression of the property. However, unfortunately, my experience with the reception staff, particularly the female receptionist and her husband, was extremely disappointing due to their rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional behavior. To briefly explain what happened: I had previously booked a trip through the hotel, which I later cancelled. After I cancelled the trip, I noticed a significant and unpleasant change in the receptionist’s attitude towards me. I was given the impression that her attitude was related to the fact that she would no longer receive a commission from my booking. During check-out, I asked her to arrange a taxi for me. She told me that she would not put my name on the booking and that she would use another name instead. I questioned her and asked why my name could not be used. She explained that the company had placed a block on my name because I had cancelled a previous trip. I told her that I have other companies available to me and that there was absolutely no need to use a different name. I also expressed my concern that putting someone else’s name on the booking would be inappropriate and could be considered falsifying information. At that point, she became extremely argumentative and raised her voice at me. As the situation escalated, I also raised my voice because I felt that I was being treated unfairly and disrespectfully. Her husband then came into the situation and also began raising his voice at me.
