Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card prior check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. If the property indicates linen is not included, linen packs are available for hire at $45 per King, Queen, or Double pack, and $35 per Single pack. Beds can be made up for an additional $10 per bed. We do not allow for schoolies groups or parties of any nature. Noise is to be kept to a minimum between 10pm and 7amIn the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
