Absolutely loved spending our holiday here and will definitely return.

The chalet is well presented, clean and equipped for a comfortable stay. The chalet is in a lovely spot, so peaceful and relaxing. Kingsdown holiday park is the perfect base to explore the surrounding areas of Deal and Walmer with plenty to see and do. Only being 5 minutes away from the beach was great. Also the discovery of the look out point behind the chalet was a nice surprise. Wonderful views of Kingsdown beach and the sea!

My only gripe is the lack of storage for clothes in the bedrooms. I know that the rooms are on the small side but a chest of drawers or something would be useful.

The comfort and amenities that were included with our stay. Very child friendly! Loved the ease of going to and far from the lodge and the distance is very walkable.

    Nothing to dislike

Location, facilities at the holiday park, kids loved all the toys and books,

We only found out one day before our holiday that we needed coins for electricity which was stressful, however we raised that with the host and she left some credit on the meter. The layout of the property didn't work for us, very steep stairs and eves made getting around with baby in arms difficult. Underfloor heating only worked in patches so found it quite cold as we were there in February.

A lovely quiet good old fashioned English holiday!

    Quirky and quaint

Master bedroom is slightly awkward to manoeuvre in however it adds to the quirkiness!!

Overall we would visit Kingsdown holiday park again as it’s lovely there and we found the whole holiday very relaxing.

Great location, lovely vibe at the holiday park, well stocked kitchen with everything you need for cooking. Includes sporting equipment in the lodge such as tennis, badminton, table tennis racquets etc. responsive host. Everyone at the holiday park was helpful, facilities great and it’s only a 5 min walk down to Kingsdown pebble beach where there is a lovely pub.

Slightly musky smell throughout. It was hard to skirt around the double bed in the main bedroom upstairs - large double bed but hard to access as you have to avoid the sharp textured wall paper as you bend to squeeze past. Stairs quite steep so tricky for little ones or elderly but stair gates on bottom and top. Just good to know if you have any mobility issues.
