La ubicación, la amplitud y la decoración
Ruidos del exterior ( tranvía y autovía) , la limpieza,de la cocina muy mejorable ( el fregadero estaba atascado y el suelo ...) nos hubiera gustado disponer de una fregona

El ruido del tren que pasa continuamente, aconsejaría poner aire acondicionado o ventiladores para poder estar con las ventanas cerradas

Perfect Stay in a perfect apartment with a perfect staff
The property is comfortable, quiet, having marvelous view from the rear balcony, with excellent location near to one of the best supermarkets in Lisbon, near to the transportation, also near to Belem Tower and beaches. The staff was friendly, helpful and supportive.
Tram and vehicle sounds are noisy from the balcony and the window of front rooms

Super Lage und gute Ausstattung, nur kleine Mängel beim Abfluss und fehlenden Fliegengittern.
Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Ausstattung war vollständig – es war wirklich alles da, was man braucht. Die Lage ist hervorragend: schöne Aussicht, zwei Balkone und eine sehr gute Anbindung. Supermarkt und kleine Minimärkte sind direkt in der Nähe.
Verbesserungsbedarf gibt es beim Abfluss eines Waschbeckens, der nicht gut funktionierte und teilweise geruchsbelastend war. Auch Fliegengitter wären eine sinnvolle Ergänzung, da wir nachts wegen der Insekten keine Türen offen lassen konnten.

Mieszkanie było pięknie wyremontowane, łącząc nowoczesne udogodnienia z efektem starej kamienicy. Bardzo wygodna lokalizacja w miłej zielonej dzielnicy z wygodnym dojazdem do centrum. Belem jest miejscem, gdzie można odetchnąć od zgiełku Lizbony.
Mimo że apartament ma całkiem sporą powierzchnię, to jednak jest dosyć ciasny. Szczególnie w kuchni ciężko było coś robić, jeśli jednocześnie ktoś chciał przejść. Dodatkowo w czasie upałów brak klimatyzacji był dosyć uciążliwy.
