    Overall, we were disappointed that our stay did not meet the expectations set by the property listing. While the villa h

    Location was good.

    Firstly, the villa is surrounded at the back by multiple new properties that are still in construction phase which was not fully disclosed prior to arrival nor in the listing (as of end of July 2026). The furniture / interior of the villa also didn’t match the listing pictures, specifically referring to plastic furniture in most places. We also had an issue with the swimming pool which turned our daughter’s hair green.

    Pleasant enough stay for our family

    Great location and a view across the coastline towards Paphos you could never get tired of looking at. Clean property with towels and bedding changed in the middle weekend. Everything you could need for a family holiday in terms of washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer etc. Great host as well, he had traveled over an hour from Limassol and waited until after midnight when we arrived to give us the keys and show us around. Also was in contact through the week to make sure we had what we needed.

    The villa itself was fine, however some of the amenities were not what I expected for the middle of the summer season. On the sunbeds outside, the material was frayed, the pool steps were loose, the nice patio furniture had been replaced with plastic and the BBQ had not been cleaned down from the last people who used it.
