  Great location and pool but poor customer service

  Location is great, so is pool area

  The shower drainage was broken and flooded the bathroom and the apartment even when only used for a short time. Smell was terrible and host sent two repair people on 2 separate days to try and fix but they couldn’t. We were unable to have proper showers and had to mop the bathroom and apartment even if the shower was only in use for a matter of seconds. I appreciate that things happen but we asked the host on day 2 for a refund to be able to afford to vacate.. they never. We then also got a message from them when we arrived home to say that they have escalated the issue to booking com because it exceeds their limitations… I have asked for an update from them but have been ignored. Booking .com have since confirmed that the host has REFUSED a refund because they “repaired the problems” which they did not. I did speak to the host many times via the booking.com platform and I trusted they would do the right thing- especially when they said they had. I have mobility issues and on top of being dangerous it was also a breach of health and safety. I’m not talking a little pool of water I’m talking a smelly flood each time with no other way to be able to wash. I sent the host videos and photos and I am really disappointed at the blatant lies and consideration for the impact this had on our holiday. The room absolutely stunk. The air con was also broken to begin with but they did come with a fan one day and then did install a replacement unit - which was great. However, I don’t think I’m being unreasonable when paying almost £500 for a 4 night stay to expect to be able to have a shower. It’s basic health and safety. Also the photos I feel are a bit misleading- it’s actually much smaller in real life than it looks. I am unable to attach videos to this review but there are some photos of after we had cleared up as much as we could on once of the occasions and it was still soaked! The repair man said there needs to be a bigger shower screen and there is also no hand rails

  Fab location but lacks comfort

  Excellent location

  Lacks comfort Chairs uncomfortable and the only other option was to lie on the bed but the structure/shelf above the bed hits your head. Not particularly clean Terrace dirty and lacks comfort, furniture shabby. Only one bath towel each for a 1 week stay. No toilet roll. No drawers to put clothes and cupboard full of clutter so kept clothes in case.
