A really great location
Loved the stay, it's a really nice location with seaview, the beach is right across the streat. At night it gets really quiet, which we really appreciated. You pretty much have all you need for a family vacation, and that includes dishes, pots, a coffee maker, various games and toys for kids to play with, even 2 sunbeds to enjoy outside. The apartment was very spacious and the 2 bathrooms were really nice to have for a family of 4.
It had a dishwasher, but no washing machine. If I could have chosen, I would have preffered the second, because doing laundry is more difficult than doing the dishes. The exact location of the apartment was a bit tricky for us, even though they gave us a location pin. I think using a sort of code, like numbers or letters to name the villas would be very useful. Also, while we appreciate the decorations, one of them included a rock hanging above the staircase. We had to hide that before our 5yo got any brilliant ideas 🫠. Kept it hidden the whole stay and let it back down at the end 😄.

Lokacija 10+ sve je tu na minut,dva! Plaža,more,taverne,market. Vlasnici apartmana bili su jako ljubazni,u svakom trenutku su bili dostupni,za sve što je potrebno. Izašli su nam u susret,dopustili su nam da uđemo u apartman rano ujutru, i ako je bilo vreme za ulazak u 15 časova. Apartman je potpuno opremljen. Apartman ima svoje dvorište,veliko drvo koje pravi odličnu hladovinu. U suštini, nemora ni da se bude na plaži. More je toliko blizu,da je moguće posle kupanja, doći u dvorište. Apartman ima i svoje ležaljke u dvorištu. Vlasnici pored Grčkog i Engleskog jezika, govore i Nemački. Inače samo mesto Kalamitsi je prelepo.

Beautiful house, right next to the beach without being excessively expensive
The location was perfect. Very spacious and beautiful garden, literally 20m from the beach and walking distance to the tavernas and shops nearby.
It says it could host 4 people, but I think it's appropriate with 4 people meaning two adults and two kids. Because the second room has two beds, but it's a bunk bed (one on top of the other) and relatively small for two adults.
