    Area is nice. Condo was perfect for our family.

    Amenities. Close beach access.

    Elevators continued to be out of order causing a long wait for available space in the elevator.

    Wife was happy, so am I.

    I liked the beach itself, and the room was quite spacious, with a coastal feel, two bathrooms, and a nice kitchen.

    I didn't like that the showers are fixed on the wall. You can't use a hand shower to help get the sand off when you come back from the beach, and I like to be able to wave the wand around my body. Also, the shower in the middle bathroom was covered in mold and looks old and gross. There are a couple of damages in the room from previous occupants: 1. The cracked coffee table, which has tape over it 2. One of the towel racks in the master bathroom, which was almost broken off the wall
