Great place but better booking management needed
It is a great location by Payne lake. Amazing for Kayaking and paddle boarding and the home is like new
We had booked and had confirmed booking for pelican ridge for 3 nights but were informed that unit was already booked. Was asked to cancel and then offered 2 nights at next unit which was only 3 bedroom and we had to sleep on the sofa which weren’t comfortable and then shift for the 3rd night. The host initially wanted us to cancel but on insisting to work with booking they came up with this solution

We stayed in the lower unit of the hosts other house located next door last year which is why we returned this year. Wh
The living space was perfect for us with 3 small children. Tons of room in the primary bedroom. Loved having the washer/dryer for use. The lake view was beautiful and we had fun on our paddle boards several times while the littles enjoyed playing in the water. Communication with the host was prompt whenever I reached out.
We would have enjoyed the massive deck more if it was furnished with comfortable outdoor lounging options/table & chairs. We were glad to have the BBQ though.

The place was huge and beautiful, perfect for our group (16 person). The view of the mountains and the lake is breathtaking. We had a very relaxing 1 week stay at this place. The host is just a message away and get back to every message that we sent. I would highly recommend this place. And will definitely going back.
