I would say the bathroom being the biggest like for me but in general it was all comfortable
The only thing I didn't like was the steps leading to the property.i know when I was looking at holidays I spotted this place and it did say no good for people with mobility issues because there's a few steps but it was only when I booked it realised there was more than a few it was awkward trying to get a case up but that was the only draw back.ps I don't have mobility issues. Thank you for another amazing stay
As a returning guest, (several times over), I booked Penbryn 2 for my daughter to accompany me on my trip to Barmouth. I was booked into Penbryn. Both cottages are well thought out for the comfort of guests and the owner has considered everything you would need to enjoy your stay. The cottages are very cosy and the mattresses and sofas are good quality and really comfortable, (always a concern for me with a sensitive back). All facilities are in place for a really comfortable stay, whatever the weather, and the cottages are central to Barmouth with a choice of places to eat in easy walking distance. The location affords great views of the estuary and Barmouth Bridge, whilst ensuring peace and quiet due to being elevated above the town. Barmouth is very central as a base to explore west Wales but for me it's a place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the surroundings, so once parked up, that's it. The parking permit is a great bonus. Thanks once again to Steven for another wonderful stay and for allowing our dogs to accompany us.

The communication was excellent and the owner responded to our early check in request.
It catered for everything, the location was excellent, the owner was attentive, good communication the apartment was clean and parking facilities were local and could be seen from the property.
The bed could be improved, needs a mirror the bedroom. I like to sleep with the window open but felt vulnerable on the ground floor so could do with locks on the widows so leaving then ajar wouldn’t be such a worry.
