  Un séjour très réussi malgré les problèmes d'eau chaude

  La situation dans la ville. L'appartement dans son ensemble. La belle terrasse

  Les problèmes d'eau chaude, comme cela a été évoqué par plusieurs voyageurs et toujours pas résolus. On avait l'eau chaude à certains moments, après l'intervention du technicien. Le four hors service et pas de grille pain.

  Comfortable in the city center near the sea

  The apartment was very big, it had 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, a big living room with a kitchen, big terrace with a bit of a sea view. The location was very central, near all the beauties of the city., restaurants, cafes. The host was very helpful, responding super quickly to our chats in whatsup. We even had to unluck to forget our key inside once, and they arranged a locksmith for us super quickly in less than 30 min. I am super thankful to them because of that. The apartment was quiet and calm, although in the city center. The kitchen was full with all you might ever need. Even much more than you need. There was even a piano in the living room, if one likes playing.

  The contact with the host was only by chat. They never gave us a phone number to call them. We never saw the host as well. All our contact with them was in Whatsup. The water pressure was a bit low. It was especially impossible to take a shower in two bathrooms at a time. You have to take turns. We had some difficulties with the heating and hot water at the arrival. I would advise the host to check if the gas system is working properly before guests arrive, or at least prepare some better instructions for their guests how to locate and operate with the gas boiler, as it was difficult to find and the instructions sent to us were not corresponding to the real look of the system. It was a challenge to solve the problem. Still the host was very cooperative, although in whatsup chat only, and did not leave us alone with this issue until we solved it. But it was difficult to understand all, in a chat only. I would rather have talked on the phone. There was no private parking. It is important to mention for the people who come by car. But there are public paid parking places nearby. However, they are super hyper busy at Fridays and Saturdays. We waited in a queue inside the case for 1 hour in order to park on Saturday. Also, when you leave your car there, you no longer have any access to it. The car is being parked by a robot in the underground somewhere. This information is not at all related to the property itself, but is important to know for people who would need their cars every day of their stay. It is impossible to use your cars that easily. None of the above spoiled our stay. I am just mentioning them as some people would rather know.

  Acceptable conditions, but I wouldn’t come back.

  The location is good, the terrace and the living room are spacious.

  Unconfortable beds, old and scratched floors, very low pressure in the shower, dust and dirt on the surfaces that are not commonly used.
