  Clean, spacious, and excellent value.

  The property was very conveniently located, clean, and the room was well maintained. Staff was warm, friendly, and helpful. The room was large and comfortable, and excellent value for what I paid.

  The communal kitchenette was not always well stocked with water and dish soap. The dresser in the bedroom was in poor repair.

  It was perfect!

  It was very well located near everything! Grecia, Alexandra and Jorge are amazing and they can algo get the best prices for: ferrys, tours and transfers. The room and bathroom are very spacious

  Loved Penquin House

  We had a room with a twin and a double or queen and the room was very large. Lots of free floor space. Beautiful polished wood detail, rounded arched doors and high wood ceilings. Family owned with other family nearby, so kind, friendly and helpful. And very clean and quiet. Flamingos were 'next door' and an easy 5 mins to town.

  Ridiculously awful and should be removed from Booking.com

  The property is on the edge of the main street on the opposite end of the pier. There were several businesses within walking distance for food. It was located near the end of town towards the national park.

  False advertisement of available rooms I booked a quadruple which was advertised as two kings and two twins, when registering in the property it was identified this room does not exist. The only option to accommodate a quadruple room is to give us two separate rooms. The false advertisement was not appreciated by myself and my family. Furthermore, the room that my husband and son were replaced and had a patio door that did not shut completely or have a lock. Exposing them to the heat, bugs and not allowing safety from them or our belongings. The rooms had wrap around patios, so anyone could have accessed their room. When pointing out this issue I was told it would be fixed the next day. Following our return it was not done and told the parts were comping from the mainland and not possible. I asked them to cut a dowel rod to keep the door closed and finally on our last day they did this work. After settling our bill, the staff then refused to let us drink purified water that was available on site and told us that we had to buy it which previously was open access whenever needed. Staff became rude and unfriendly and nearly pushed us out the door on our last morning refusing to hold our luggage. Not that I wanted them too as I felt unsafe keeping my belongings with them, their behavior as questionable.
