    Great location and property

    Great location since we did not want to be right in the center of Tamarindo. This property was a short walk outside of the busy tourist area. The pool area was a great space. The property was very nice. It has security and a parking garage. The balcony was very nice, just missing an ocean view. The hosts were wonderful addressing any questions we had or helping to make tour arrangements.

    I felt like I was at a resort.

    Beautiful high end gated condo buildings with lots of amenities a kilometre away from downtown Tamarindo in a quiet neighbourhood within a short walk of smaller beaches.

    Friendly staff but issues with maintenance.

    Great location. Great facilities. Friendly staff.

    Water heater and door lock were broken and needed to be repaired during our stay.
