Peninsula Apartment managed by - GCHS Our office is 17/24 Queensland Avenue, Broadbeach, QLD 4218 Our office hours are Mon - Fri 8.30am - 5.00pm (Closed on Weekends and Public Holidays) If you are arriving outside of our office hours, please contact us in advance to arrange key collection from a security box. Whether you are arriving in or out of office hours, guests will be required to complete a registration form as per our Terms & Conditions. **SCHOOLIES/SCHOOL LEAVERS BOOKING NOT ACCEPTED MUST BE OVER 24 YEARS TO BOOK/STAY** Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. Please note that there is a 1.5% charge when you pay with a (Visa, Mastercard, American Express etc) credit card. Please note that the Indoor Pool, Spa & Sauna will be closed from Aug 12th until early Dec for an upgrade. All other facilities including the 2 outdoor heated pools will not be affected.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Fantastic Family Holiday
Excellent location. Stayed at the same apartment 23 years back. Well Maintained and Clean. Perfect for a family with young kids.
The pool was under renovation but we were told about that at the time of booking so all good.

Very unclean apartment, poor communication about facilities being closed for renovations.
Location was great.
Cleanliness of the apartment was appalling. This is our 3rd stay in the building and honestly with how bad the cleanliness was alone makes us reconsider staying again in future. There was dust and mould everywhere, surfaces were not clean and there was rotting food in one of the bedroom cupboards. Having no prior notice that the indoor pool, spa and sauna would be closed for renovation was unacceptable. I understand these things need to be maintained, however we were not told until a few days before we were due to arrive at the property. By then if we chose to cancel we would not have been refunded. The full payment for the apartment came out of our account 4 weeks before arrival (start of September). The indoor pool, spa and sauna areas had already had works started on them in August. We should have been notified before the refund period. Disgraceful.
