    Poor handling of guest issues and a very frustrating check-out experience.

    The location was good and the beach area was nice.

    The room door was damaged and would not close properly. As a smoker, I always smoked outside the room, but because the door could not be secured properly, I was charged extra at check-out. I also experienced a long delay during the check-out process, which almost caused me to miss my ferry. Overall, the situation was handled poorly.
