    Close to beach and sleeps 8.

    Mostly quiet. Comfortable lounge. Modern kitchen.

    Very steep and narrow off street carpark. Very steep terraced backyard with no shade - not possible for use in summer. No towel hangers in bathroom. No blockout shade on floor to ceiling concertina doors in living/dining making this room hot and very difficult to see the tv during the day. No fans. No fly screens on windows and some windows don’t open. Needs a good clean throughout.

    A wonderful house to stay in for our first visit to Rosebud.

    The location was perfect for us, the beds were super comfy and the kitchen was great to cook in.
