the man at reception who checked us in was incredibly rude, we did not have one single interaction with him where he didn’t call someone and speak with them on the phone while serving us. the tv in our room was frozen and did not work, and only one shower had hot water. we were not provided with ample cleaning supplies despite the listing stating there are “cleaning products” - the cleaning product (singular) was a bottle of dish soap, with no scrubber and no dishwashing tablets to even use the dishwasher. further, the dishes provided to us were stained/dirty - and we could not even clean these with the lack of cleaning supplies. the beds, sheets and lounge were stained/marked, and one of the chairs on the balcony was broken so we fell straight through it when sitting. i would suggesting providing guests with two keys rather than one, as this created a problem with staying awake to let people in/meeting them wherever they were to grab the key and come back when doing separate activities. the spa was not working, and judging by other reviews, it hasn’t worked for over a year.

the location and reception staff was fantastic, but it was very unclean
the staff at reception was very friendly, helpful and informative. the apartment and location was so quiet and peaceful.
the room was very dirty. food smeared all over the benches and dining table. the stove was very dirty, microwave had not been wiped out. there were a lot of baby cockroaches around the kitchen. Carpets didn't appear to have been vacuumed. the hard floors may have been washed but under the coffee table there was food and mess. we couldn't use the 2 stools as they were both very dirty, one still had food residue on it so appeared there was no attempt to clean in by cleaning staff. the couch also had mess of some sort on it. i had to clean all the surfaces before we could even use the room. the bathrooms were not very clean either. this was unexpected and very disappointing. 2 out of 3 beds did not have mattress protectors either. the reception staff tried to source more bedding and offered to send a cleaner to the room.

Great stay, would come again.
The staff were friendly and they upgraded me to a better suite which was so kind. It had the most incredible views and the facilities were great.
There were definitely areas that had been missed when cleaning. Corners of the floors and inside cabinets etc.
