    Beautiful, comfortable, restful.

    Both the house and bed room were exquisitely decorated. The hotess was truly amazing. The Breakfast was delicious with scrambled eggs, (fresh) blueberry pancakes, bacon, home made lemon cake, coffee and juice.

    Awesome. Awesome. Awesome.

    The Penley House was an excellent bed and breakfast establishment that felt more like a home than just a place to sleep and have breakfast. Ms. Teresa was a wonderful, welcoming host. She helped to make my wife and I feel like we had known her for years. The facility was pretty, well maintained, and an excellent value. But the biggest reason we would stay here again is Ms. Teresa - the hostess with the mostest.

    Super clean and the interior and exterior of building was superb. The hostess was a queen and the food great. Rooms were sqeeky clean. We will visit again when in the area.

    Tub was very small
