    -Sehr netter Vermieter -Guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen, Busplatz vor der Tür -kostenlose Aktivitäten durch Jokercard

    Ab und zu geht es auf dem nahegelegenen Spielplatz auch noch nach 22 Uhr sehr laut zu. Betrunkene und auch vereinzelt Familien die kein Ende finden. Ist aber auszuhalten.
