Buona qualità prezzo, staff ottimo ma hotel da rimodernare
Struttura vicinissima al centro ma fuori dal casino, staff super disponibile che ha accolto una nostra richiesta.
Non c’è l’ascensore Colazione scadente Docce che non si chiudevano completamente

Ótimo atendimento!
Café da manhã muito bom e variado. O Alex, que nos recepcionou e nos atendeu, foi muito gentil e educado, nos ajudou com várias dicas de locais e passeios. Sempre pronto a nos atender e responder todas as nossas perguntas. Como chegamos no domingo bem tarde, em horário fora do atendimento da recepção, recebi todas as instruções e dicas para poder acessar o local e fazer o check-in sem problemas!
O hotel não tem elevador e o acesso aos quartos acontece pelas escadas, um pouco íngremes. Não é muito perto de estações de metro, então, precisa estar preparado para andar mais.
