    La posizione

    Il letto era sfondato, da subito ho chiesto di provvedere a risolvere questo problema, non receptionist mi ha detto che siccome per domenica non aveva personale per risolverlo. Sono passati tutti i giorni e non è venuto nessuno e non mi hanno proposto il cambio di camera seppur c'erano disponibilità. Eravamo alloggiati al secondo piano anche se figura come primo più di 50 scalini molto alti non c'è l'ascensore, una vera scala infernale. Niente frigorifero in camera solo un frigorifero per il piano accessibile a tutti. Poca luce in camera due finestre affacciate su un antrione chiuso sia naturale che artificiale.
