The low floors and the entrance are under renovation, all the balconies and views are available as we don´t have the scafolding any more. Renovation work is done from 9 to 17.30 from Monday to Friday. Some rooms may be affected by noise as the works are almost over.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

Wonderful spot to enjoy the delights of San Sebastián
Very comfortable and convenient spot in San Sebastián. Luis was incredibly kind and helpful during our stay and even gave us some transport and restaurant recommendations. All round a great stay.
With only one room available we had to book the room with a separate bathroom. Was absolutely fine and very private but we had to use the common hallway to access the bathroom. We should booked earlier to secure one of the ensuite rooms.

Great stay with kind hosts
Locatie en voorzieningen.
Gehorigheid, maar voor Spaanse begrippen was dit te verwachten. Het is ook erg kleinschalig dus je hoort snel andere gasten verplaatsen en/of faciliteiten gebruiken.

Bed comfy, and excellent location to everything you need.
‘External private bathroom’ is actually a walk down a hallway, past the reception in full sight of the rest of the guests rooms, and is next to a separate apartment, which isn’t linked to Pensión Joakina. Air con rattled relentlessly.

Un séjour agréable et confortable
Très bien placé dans Donostia, des équipements mis à disposition dans les communs plus que parfait, ils ont pensé à tout, du parasol avec serviette de plage, au thé et café offert, réfrigérateur, ordinateur avec wifi, etc.
Dans la salle d eau les joints sont à refaire et la robinetterie à revoir l ensemble reste cependant fonctionnel
