  Hotel disappointing and underwhelming, City and people nice.

  Upon arrival at the Mozart Guesthouse, it turned out that I didn't get the room we had booked. Instead of a triple room, we were given a double room. When I complained, they tried to explain that this was indeed the room we booked because it had an extra bed in it. They also claimed they were fully booked, so they couldn't give us another one—even though I showed them the booking confirmation and photos clearly featuring three full beds. I would have accepted this if they had just told me what happened honestly instead of making excuses. What likely happened is that when I booked a month and a half earlier, they still had their regular triple rooms available, but they later swapped it because it worked out better for them financially. As a result of the argument, they "accidentally" failed to send us the link for the local discounts that everyone is entitled to during our one-week stay. I didn't want to beg them. We just bought the tickets wherever we needed them, and at the water park, for example—after I told them the story—they let us in completely free of charge, just as it should have been with the discount link. I would like to thank them here for that. The guesthouse itself is old and the rooms are worn down. For instance, you can hear the squeaking of the tap when the neighbor turns it on, or the toilet flushing on the floor above you. This might even be acceptable if it didn't happen at 11:50 PM. Regardless, we had a good time. The area is wonderful and the people are kind. I highly recommend the region to everyone—just don't stay here.

  Waren nur 3 Nächte aber wir haben uns sicher und wohlgefühlt

  Die Lage perfekt

  Die Terasse, ein wenig gemütlicher und netter gestalten hätte sein können

  Das Frühstück im nahegelegenen 4 Sterne Hotel war gut.

  Die sehr veralteten Zimmer mit Teppichböden, sind absolut überteuert.

  Byli jsme ubytováni ve stylovém penzionu Mozart, ale na snídaně a do bazénu jsme docházeli do vedlejšího nového hotelu Alpine 👍 V pokoji Mozart až na koberec bylo čisto i v koupelně.

  Nechci napsat, že nelíbilo, to by bylo silné, protože jsem věděla do čeho jdu a starší penzion má své kouzlo. Ale přeci jenom upozorním na pár nedostatků, které ve mě vyvolaly lehce špatný dojem. V hotelu Alpina to byla přítomnost psů v jídelně. V tak hezkém hotelu mě to osobně vadí. V hotelu Mozart bych na pokoji 4 vyměnila koberec a nebo tento pokoj pronajímala pouze majitelům psů. Koberec byl na dvou místech hodně špinavý a to hodně kazilo celkový dojem. Dále mi chybělo nějaké nádobí ( alespoň sklenička, talířek a lžička), což je běžné už u všech ubytování a opravdu to chybí. A poslední je balkón, který by si zasloužil alespoň 2x týdně uklidit a pro hosty tam dát něco na sezení. V novém hotelu Alpina na každém rohu krásné posezení a tady nic. Škoda. I když pravda, že ten výhled k sousedům nebyl hezký.
