La ubicación muy central a todo. Accesible, el personal muy amable. Me ayudaron con todo. Impecable, me dieron un habitación que me recordó a la serie Emily en Paris, por sus vistas. Muy agradecida de la persona de recepción que me ayudo con mi salida del hotel, me quede dormida y el taxi me estaba esperando, pero el señor de recepción me aviso a la habitación, me ayudo con mi maleta, coordinó con el taxi, de verdad sin su ayuda hubiera perdido mi vuelo. El personal en general muy amable orientado a ayudarte y hacer vivir una experiencia en Viena inolvidable. Gracias infinitas.
Creo que seria bueno especificar más la puerta de entrada del edificio, para desorientados como yo. Pero la verdad, son muy buenos en todo.

Al centro di Vienna, facile spostarsi a piedi. Ospitalità molto buona.
La posizione è eccellente. Il personale molto gentile e attivo. Buona e abbondante la colazione.
L’arredo della camera molto datato. Difficile la gestione delle prese di corrente per caricare gli smartphone. Qualche problema di rumorosità con i vicini.

La localización es extraordinaria, en pleno centro de Viena, al lado de la zona peatonal. Las camas cómodas, habitación y baño limpísimos, desayuno completo y variado.
