Guests are required to collect their key and drop off or collect their stored luggage from Rúa Villar, Rúa do Vilar 8–10, located 130 metres away, which has a 24-hour reception. Please note that the rooms can only be accessed via stairs. For check-in, key collection, and luggage reception, you must go first to our sister hotel—Hotel Rua Villar—where we provide 24-hour reception service: Hotel Rua Villar (located on the parallel street, right behind Pension Rua Nova). Luggage Delivery: If you are using a luggage transport service (backpack transfer), your luggage may be delivered to Hotel Rua Villar on your check-in date. Please ensure your full name (matching the reservation holder) is clearly written on the luggage tag. The building does not have a lift, and access to the rooms is by stairs only. The property consists of four floors (from the ground floor to the third floor). Please be advised that both the reception hotel and Pension Rua Nova are located in the historic center, which is a pedestrian area. Nearest public car park: Parking San Clemente.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
