    Exceptional

It is a very nice location with extraordinary people, happy to help every time you need, very clean, the Spa it's very cozy and it has all the facilities you need. The food is home prepared with goods from the area and it's very tasty. The room are big enought and the terrace is very plaisant. I totally recommend it.

    Good location for Bran Castle

Good location. Food was good. Kids enjoyed the pool. Had fun with sleds on property when it snowed.

Had to have keycards to doors rekeyed multiple times. We were told to keep away from phones. Still happened even on last morning. Long checkout time as no one seemed to know what to do. Fitness room in poor shape.
