    The hosts were really nice and the property was very clean

    It is not about the property but about the other groups of people who have been hosted there. At times there was music in the afternoon in the yard while I was trying to get some sleep. Also on the same floor was a tables room and kitchen and I was disturbed by the neighbours hosted there who were talking 1 door distance from my room, while I was trying to get some real in the afternoon.
